• Payment details: when you make a fee payment, our payment gateway partner (e.g. Razorpay / PayU / UPI providers) collects the payment instrument data directly. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials on our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on page, referral source. Collected via cookies and analytics tools.
• Communications: messages you send us over WhatsApp, email, call recordings (where lawful) and enquiry form submissions.
