Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of service

Sreyobhilashi IT provides live online instructor-led training in data engineering and cloud technologies. No physical goods are shipped. Consequently, there are no shipping charges, courier fees, or delivery addresses collected for the purpose of dispatch.

2. What is delivered & how

• Class joining link — shared on your registered email and WhatsApp at least 24 hours before batch start.
• Meeting invites — Zoom / Google Meet links for every session.
• Study material — slides, PDFs, code samples, notebooks, shared via email, WhatsApp group, or a Google Drive / GitHub link.
• Class recordings — shared via a secure link, generally within 24–48 hours of each class, where applicable.
• Cloud lab access — credentials for Databricks / AWS / Azure / GCP sandbox environments (where included), delivered by email.
• Fee receipt / invoice — shared by email within 2 working days of payment confirmation.

3. Delivery timelines

• Enrolment confirmation: within 24 hours of successful payment.
• WhatsApp batch group addition: within 48 hours of enrolment.
• Material & login credentials: on or before the batch start date.
• Recording of each class: within 24–48 hours of that class (subject to recording being enabled for that batch).

4. Delivery failure & what to do

If you do not receive the expected information within the timelines above, please:

1. Check your email Spam / Promotions folder.
2. WhatsApp us on +91-9247159150 with your name and payment reference.
3. Email venujustforu@gmail.com — we respond within 1 working day.

5. International students

Since all delivery is digital, students located outside India receive the same access as Indian students. Class timings follow Indian Standard Time (IST).

6. Physical material (if any)

If, on special request, a printed book, hard drive, or certificate is shipped, courier charges (and any applicable taxes) will be quoted and paid separately. Standard delivery within India: 5–7 working days via a reputed courier. Tracking ID will be shared over email.
