These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website databrickstraining.in and any training service provided by Sreyobhilashi IT (Udyam-registered). By using this website, booking a demo, or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or enrolled through an educational institution (for college workshops) to book a paid course. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete.

2. Services we provide

• Live instructor-led online training in Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP data engineering, Airflow, GenAI, Snowflake, dbt, Big Data and related technologies.
• Study material, class recordings (where offered), hands-on lab access and doubt-clarification sessions.
• Placement assistance (resume review, mock interviews, referrals). This is a best-effort service and not a guarantee of employment.
• Corporate training and college workshops on custom terms.

3. Enrolment & fees

• Course fees are listed on the respective course page or shared over call / email. Fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
• Payment must be made in full (or as per any instalment plan agreed in writing) before batch start.
• We reserve the right to revise fees for future batches at any time without notice.
• Seat is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Access to classes & material

• Login links, recordings and material are for the registered student's personal use only.
• Sharing credentials, re-streaming, recording without permission, or reselling course material is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination without refund and legal action.
• Access to recordings / cloud labs is time-bound and limited to the batch duration unless a longer period is stated.

5. Code of conduct

You agree to behave respectfully with the trainer and co-students. We may remove any participant engaging in abuse, harassment, hate speech, spamming, or disruption of class, without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All course content — videos, slides, notebooks, code samples, PDFs, recordings, website text, logos — is owned by Sreyobhilashi IT or its licensors and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You get a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the material for personal learning only.

7. Placement assistance disclaimer

We help students prepare for interviews and connect with hiring partners. We do not guarantee a job offer, a minimum salary, or employment within a specific timeframe. Claims like "100% placement" are never made by us; any such claim from third parties is unauthorised.

8. Third-party services

Classes may use Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, WhatsApp, GitHub, cloud provider consoles (AWS / Azure / GCP / Databricks). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by those providers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a course is limited to the fees actually paid by you for that course in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of job offers, loss of income, or data loss).

10. Cancellation & refund

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these Terms, misuse course material, or engage in fraud or chargebacks.

12. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Changes take effect from the date of posting. Please review periodically.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
