Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sreyobhilashi IT, we want you to be fully confident before enrolling. That is why we offer a free demo class before any payment. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund or cancel an enrolment.

Key principle: Try the free demo class first. Only enrol after you are fully satisfied with the trainer, content, and teaching style.

1. Free demo class

Every prospective student is entitled to attend one free demo class with Trainer Venu before making any payment. No card or advance is required to book a demo. Book at contact-us.html.

2. Refund window after enrolment

If you have made payment and wish to cancel, the following refund rules apply:

When you request cancellationRefund eligibility
Before the batch start date Up to 90% refund (10% retained for admin, payment gateway and processing charges).
Within 3 calendar days of batch start AND you have attended no more than 2 classes Up to 70% refund.
After 3 calendar days of batch start OR after attending more than 2 classes No refund. You may transfer the seat to another batch (see Section 4) subject to availability.
Once course material, recordings, or cloud lab access has been shared No refund, since digital content has been delivered.

4. Batch transfer (alternative to refund)

Instead of a refund, you can request a one-time transfer to a future batch of the same course within 6 months of the original batch start, subject to seat availability. A transfer fee of up to 10% of the course fee may apply.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

  1. Email venujustforu@gmail.com with subject line: "Refund Request β€” [Your Name] β€” [Course Name]".
  2. Include: registered phone, email, batch date, payment date, payment reference / UTR, and reason for cancellation.
  3. We acknowledge the request within 2 working days and decide within 7 working days.
  4. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. Actual credit time depends on your bank / card issuer.

6. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a batch (due to insufficient enrolment, trainer unavailability, or force majeure) and cannot offer you an acceptable alternative batch, you will receive a 100% refund of the fees paid for that course.

7. Payment disputes & chargebacks

Please raise any concern directly with us before initiating a bank chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks will be contested and, if upheld against us, we reserve the right to block future enrolment.
